Yes. We provide complimentary design assistance to help prepare your logo and artwork foryour custom-printed bags. Our team can work with an existing design, help refine your artwork, or help develop a design based on your ideas and the information you provide.
Any one-time printing plates, cylinders, tooling, or other production-related setup costs—when required—will be shown separately on your quote
Do I need finished artwork to get started?
No. You can send us a rough sketch, photo, inspiration image, existing logo, written idea, or any other information that helps explain what you want. The more details you provide, the better our graphics team can understand your vision
Can you help design or improve my logo?
Yes. We can help develop or refine your logo for use on your custom-printed bags. If you already have a logo, upload the highest-quality file available. If you do not have one, tell us about your company, products, preferred colors, and the style you want.
Which artwork file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, and editable PDF files are generally preferred for printing. We can also review PSD, PNG, JPG, and TIFF files. If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable, upload what you have and our graphics team will review it
Will I receive a technical drawing of my bag?
Yes. When required for your project, we provide a technical bag drawing at no additional charge so the dimensions and construction can be reviewed before production.
Will I approve the artwork before the bags are printed?
Yes. After your order is placed and the necessary details are confirmed, we will prepare a final print proof for your approval. You may review the artwork and request changes before approving
it for production.

No. Your custom-printed bags will not be submitted for production until the required
specifications and final print proof have been approved.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities depend on the bag type, dimensions, thickness, material, printing method, and number of print colors. Some projects may qualify for lower minimums, while others require larger production quantities. Once we review your specifications, we’ll recommend the most appropriate option.
How long will my custom bags take to produce?
Lead times vary depending on the bag style, printing method, quantity, manufacturing schedule, and complexity of the project. Your estimated lead time will be provided with your quote.

Can you recommend the right bag size and thickness?
Yes. Tell us what you are packaging, the product’s approximate dimensions and weight, and how the bag will be handled, stored, and closed. One of our packaging experts can recommend options tailored to your application.
Can you match my company’s brand colors?
We’ll work with your artwork and brand-color information to achieve the closest result available for the selected printing process and material. Because colors may appear differently across screens, materials, inks, and printing methods, exact color matching may require a physical color reference or Pantone color specification.
Can you print on both sides of the bag?
In many cases, yes. Available print areas and configurations depend on the bag style and manufacturing process. Let us know how you want the design positioned, and we’ll confirm the available options.
Can I reorder the same bags later?
Yes. Our goal is to confirm the construction, specifications, and artwork correctly during your first order. Once everything is approved and produced, future orders can generally be reordered using the established specifications and artwork.
What if I don’t know all the specifications?
That’s completely fine. Provide the information you have, and our packaging experts will help identify the remaining details and recommend options specifically for your product and application.
