What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

  • Note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) upon arrival.
  • Take photos of the damage immediately.
  • Report the issue within 5 days; otherwise, the products will be considered accepted.

Nonconformity Issues

If the products received do not meet the agreed specifications, notify our Customer Care team within five (5) days to report the issue.
