What Are Flat Poly Bags on Rolls?

Flat poly bags on rolls are a convenient, continuous roll of packaging bags, made from polyethylene film. Each flat poly bag is open at one end and sealed to the next bag at the other with a perforated edge, which makes it easy to tear and separate the bags. They are dispensed separately from the roll, which is ideal for high-speed packing applications.

Compared to loose poly bags contained in a box, flat poly bags on a roll remain neat and easier to manage. They can be mounted on dispensers or integrated into semi-automatic packaging machines. They are called “flat” because these bags are without any gussets or pouches, and they are excellent for packaging products that never have to expand in depth or width. Since they are transparent, products remain visible for easy identification.
