What Are Pallet Covers?

Pallet covers are protective packaging designed to cover and protect palletized goods during storage, shipping, or handling. They are made from premium-quality barrier films and protective materials that shield the goods from environmental hazards, including moisture, dust, dirt, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations.

Pallet covers differ from regular types of plastic sheeting because they are made with protective properties that maintain product integrity over extended periods when goods are stored.

How do Pallet Covers Work?

Pallet covers are designed to function as a heavy-duty, integrated barrier that creates a controlled microclimate around palletized goods. They create an airtight seal around the stored goods, keeping out moisture, one of the most common causes of product degradation that occurs during storage and shipment. The barrier of the film material prevents any water vapor from passing through and maintains stable humidity levels under the cover.

What Sizes Do They Come in?

We offer an extensive range of pallet covers in various sizes to accommodate different pallet sizes and load configurations. You have a choice of the following materials: LDPE, LDPE UVI/UVA, and Mono PE, with thicknesses ranging from 1 Mil to 6 Mil.

Our collection features two types of product presentations. One is 1/roll - a lengthy, continuous roll, typically 100 feet or more, which ships as a single roll without pre-cut units. Its width ranges from 12 inches to 20 feet, and its length from 100 feet to 200 feet.

The second presentation comes in pre-cut sizes and in quantities ranging from 25/roll to 1000/roll. Widths range from 24 inches to 108 inches, and lengths from 24 inches to 108 inches.

We offer a choice of four types of rolls: pallet shrink bags on rolls, Clear poly sheeting tarp rolls, Pallet top sheets, and Black pallet covers with UVI & UVA protection.
